About Fairfax Station, VA:
- Fairfax Station was named in 1852 as a station for the Orange and Alexandria Railroad.
- From Fairfax Station to Swetnam to Faircroft back to Fairfax Station, the Fairfax Station postal village has gone through multiple name changes.
